This Fireworks Friday post is being written as I hear Illuminations firing in the distance. The image is an odd one from an odd location to watch Wishes from. I was watching and shooting from here mainly because my girlfriend and I were playing in the parks and didn't really bother to get a spot for Wishes, it was more of an afterthought that night. This was taken from the Rose Garden down towards the old Swan Boats dock, and it was a little awkward. The fireworks don't really line up with anything, you're shooting up instead of in front of you, and the lighting on the castle isn't always great since you're viewing it from the side. However, this shot really worked, and was one of only two I really liked from that evening.
